As mentioned, we have extensive experience with all types of fixturing with emphasis on attribute checking fixtures and custom in-house designed and built work holding fixtures. The aforementioned experience allows us to easily design and build any fixturing including, but not limited to, welding and assembly fixtures. Examples of our work are pictured below. HOLDING FIXTURES

 
Holding fixture for second operation 5 axis machining of roll-forming line component.  IN-TOL designed and built the fixture and CNC machined the parts as a medium quantity production run. Holding fixture for 5-axis reboring of spindle housings. Holding fixture for second operation 5 axis machining of aerospace component.  IN-TOL designed and built the fixture and CNC machined the parts as a medium quantity production run. Prototype fixture designed and built for high production, precision 5-axis CNC machining of raw castings for the automotive industry.
