Welcome to IN-TOL. We have been producing fine CNC machined parts for over 18 years, but retain our small-shop values of unremitting workmanship at a fair price. We stake our reputation on this.
 
Our background is tool & die, and checking/ holding fixtures. This experience allows us to machine components with knowledge of how they will be used and/or interact with other components; ie, we often catch design flaws before we machine the part, potentially saving you time and money.
 
We have been machining using positional and full simultaneous 5-axis technology for over 13 years. This technology, coupled with our expertise in tool & die, allows us to fixture and machine incredibly complex components, ranging from very small to quite large (1 meter of spindle travel).
 
We also have extensive experience in small intricate components, such as for the optical and electronics industries; large flame-cut components for the railroad and heavy-equipment industries; we have machined most materials ranging from tool steels to exotic plastics such as Torlon PAI. Samples of our work can be viewed by category under the "Products and Services" menu of this site; all these samples are real and can be further inspected should you wish to visit our physical location.
